1.HJ-330 fully automatic PCB v-cut separator, microcomputer controlled fully automatic splitting, high efficiency and various advantages of blade walking: low strain for avoiding hidden injury and tin crack of circuit board. It’s widely applicable and suitable for PCB with components on both sides.

2.The PLC and touch screen HMI, automatic fault shutdown display and intelligent parameter positioning system can accurately realize the alignment of PCB equidistant or unequal V-CUT slots at each step. The inching function is set. The inching function can be manually inched to confirm the accuracy of V-CUT tool setting, so as to better ensure the segmentation of the best quality products.

3.The machine is equipped with memory storage function (15 groups of data can be stored), which is convenient for operation (as long as the stored product data) to download and use directly without setting. It can quickly change the board and split, so as to realize multiple board types of one machine.

4.The machine is equipped with an operation technician interface and an engineering technician interface. The operation technician interface can download the product data relative to the production, but the data cannot be changed. The engineering technician interface is provided with password input. After the password is input, the engineering technician can change and download the data, etc.
